Click Create New Account to register as a job seeker. Complete your personal information, set up login credentials, and provide consent in line with the POPIA requirements. A confirmation message will appear once registration is successful.
Log in using your username and password. The Welcome Page will display your profile summary, Z83 status (e.g. No Z83 on Record), and system menu options.
Use the menu to complete or update your Z83 Form and Skills/Competencies. These are mandatory and must be completed before you can submit any application.
Browse available developmental and employment opportunities using the Browse All Vacancies option. The system is updated regularly, and applications can only be submitted on or before the closing date.
To apply, select an opportunity and click Apply Now, then Apply for this Position. Review the pre-populated information and provide a motivation/cover letter.
Choose to Save as Draft, go Back to Vacancy Details, or Submit Application. The system will guide you if any mandatory information is missing.
Once submitted successfully, your application status will appear under My Applications.
You may apply for more than one opportunity. Previously captured information will be pre-populated, and you only need to confirm or update it before submitting additional applications.
